KAMK luopuu ASIO – opiskelijahallintojärjestelmästä ja sen korvaa uudella Peppi (perusrekisteri) opiskelijahallintojärjestelmällä. Vaihto järjestelmästä toiseen tapahtuu heinäkuussa viikoilla 30 - 31 (23.7 – 5.8.2018). Näiden viikkojen aikana opiskelijat eivät pääse kirjautumaan järjestelmään itse.
Siirtoaikana (vko 30-31) opiskelija voi saada tarvittaessa opiskelutodistuksia ja opintosuoritusrekistereitä opintotoimistosta. Peppi perusrekisteri on käytössä vko 32 eteenpäin.
Opiskelijoiden läsnä- ja poissaoloilmoittautuminen Peppi perusrekisteriin lukuvuodelle 2018/2019 alkaa 13.8.2018 ja päättyy 9.9.2018.
Perusrekisterin käytöstä KAMK laatii ohjeistuksia ja ohjausta syksyn alussa.
» Peppi/Pakki ohjeistusKAMK will cease to use the ASIO student administration system and it will be replaced by the new Peppi (basic records) student administration system. The change over from the old to the new system will be implemented during weeks 30 - 31 (23.7 – 5.8.2018). During this period students will not be able to log on to the system themselves.
During the change over (weeks 30 - 31) students will be able to receive study certificates and transcripts of academic records from the study office. The Peppi basic records system will be in use as from week 32.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER VIA THE PEPPI BASIC RECORDS SYSTEM AS ATTENDING AND ABSENT FOR THE 2018/2019 ACADEMIC YEAR AS FROM 13.8.2018. THE REGISTRATION PERIOD WILL END ON 9.9.2018.
KAMK will provide further instructions and guidance on using the Peppi basic records system at the beginning of the autumn.
